Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for defective or non-functional products.

Change-of-mind, buyer’s remorse, or compatibility issues are not eligible for returns.

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Return Authorization
All returns require prior written approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
Returned items must:

Be in the same condition as received.

Include all original accessories (if applicable).

Not show signs of misuse, tampering, or unauthorized repair.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned item is:

Refunds may take 7–14 business days to process, depending on supplier credit issuance.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed defective.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
